GENERAL

PixiefuzzCreations reserves the ability to refuse any order.

 Quotes

A quote is an estimated price. Quotes do not guarantee a slot in our queue. Not all submissions will be accepted, we choose based upon the character design, the complexity, and the amount of effort it would require. All quotes are given in USD. Prices are subject to change as we improve. All base prices can be found on the "Prices" page. These are the beginning charge but will increase with the complexity or extras. 

Custom Character Commission

We require a 2-3 view reference of the character. This needs to be clear so we can see the markings and make them according to the reference sheet. If there is anything specific of how you would like the suit to be made, please notify us before we begin on your suit. Slight design changes to your character may be made during commission but we recommend any major designs to have been decided before we begin. If we have begun on your suit and you wish to have something major added, it will cost extra. Incorrect or outdated reference sheets may result in missed markings or features. Before shipping, please verify the product is to your liking and all markings are correct.

Artistic Liberty

We can do artistic liberty suits and do not require a reference sheet. If there are any specific features you want, tell us before we begin. We will design the character on one of our bases and will run it by you to make sure it is to your liking. If there is anything you want changed, please let us know before beginning. Artistic liberty commissions do have an extra charge, depending on the complexity.

Premades

Premades are suits that are made from designs already created. We offer auction premades, flat price premades, and made to order premades. We accept payment plans on premades, however will not ship them to you until they are fully paid off. You can find all of our available and upcoming premades on our social medias.

Age

We will not accept any commissions from anyone under the age of 18.

Anyone who is under the age of 18 and applies for a quote, will be denied.

Payment

We accept payment plans, however, we require at least 40%  downpayment and all of it before we ship, plus the shipping cost.

We accept PayPal, Cashapp, and Venmo. We will not accept any bank transfers or checks.

 If you need to cancel the commission at any time before we've ordered the materials, we can refund you. If materials have been ordered/arrived but we have barely begun, the most we can do is refund you 50% and send the materials to you. If we are far along your commission and it is almost finished, we can only send you what is finished of your suit and the rest of the materials, your commission is non-refundable. If your commission is fully finished but you do not have the last amount of your payment or the shipping cost, we hold your suit until you are ready to send the last payment. So, it is recommended you have the money ready before beginning or update us on your payment plan.

Work in Progress and Delays

​Work in progress images will be provided throughout your commission. We ask that you do not pressure for work in progress images, as they will be provided only when they are available.

Delays are possible. We will update you if there are any delays.

Deadlines

​We do not do deadlines or rush orders. We can give an estimated time of completion; however, it is not 100% guaranteed as machines may break, material orders may be delayed, or life events may occur.  We do not currently have an estimated TAT.

UPDATE: As of 2023, large orders are done 1 at a time. Depending on your place in the queue will determine your estimated turn-around time.

Shipping

​You are responsible for covering your shipping cost of your order.

 We will not list a package as a gift when sent to ship.

We ship through USPS and UPS.  Insurance will always be included on our large packages. 

We ship both domestic and internationally.

Repairs

Once receiving the suit, you have a 5-month warranty. If there are any errors with design, any rips or tears, or faulty parts, please notify us immediately so we can repair it for you with no extra charge. We will cover the shipping to return it to you, but you must cover it to ship to us.

Return Policy

​We do not do returns. If there is an error with your suit or you are not satisfied with the product, please notify us so we can work it out.

Upon receiving your suit, a refund is not applicable.

Sizing

​For fullsuits, we ask that you provide a well-made DTD so we can assure it fits. 

In some cases, we can modify our personal DTDs to fit your measurements, however it may not be exact. 

Other sizing like shoe size, arm measurements, etc, please provide at the beginning of the commission.

Other 

We do have animals. While they are not in the workplace, we do have cats and reptiles. If you are allergic, we recommend you avoid commissioning us.

We do not produce murrsuits or any NSFW related suits, however we will do shaped suits such as suits with breasts or abs. Once you receive your suit, you are free to use it however you would like.

All orders come with extras!

Please keep in mind that wearing a fursuit will cause your vision to be impaired, your dexterity is low, you will get very hot, and can cause issues with individuals with conditions such as asthma. Please when suiting be very careful and aware of your limits.
